CrossFit Apogee Teen Power Camp starts 6 October - Apollo Beach, FL

The CrossFit Apogee Teen Power Camp provides a fundamental fitness foundation for any high school student, scaled to anyone from first timers to high school athletes looking for structured off-season training or additional in-season work. The Teen Power Program will introduce athletes to bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, powerlifting and basic olympic weightlifting, all while under the supervision of a certified CrossFit instructor. Our program is designed to increase stamina, strength, power, endurance, coordination, balance, accuracy and flexibility in any person, all while in a team environment filled with positive people. We will experiment with a totally new way to connect with the world. Rephone is an open source modular phone kit that allows campers to create their own cellular phone. It is cutting edge technology invented by a group of technologists committed to extending the frontiers of technology by sharing their products blueprint. Enabled by a computer chip the size of a penny, campers can connect video, touch screen, GPS, motion sensor, or camera to the chip. Once connected, campers can send texts, make calls, or place on their personal property or pet to track their whereabouts. Campers can also program custom logic. Afternoon Adventure Wk 4 - Rider Center
Make it a full day of camp and stay for Afternoon Adventure! Our afternoon session includes plenty of outdoor activities and sports. In addition, there is swimming on Tuesday and Thursdays plus trips to the library on Wednesdays. Middle School - Baker Rink (Check-In Location)
The Princeton University Middle School Girls Ice Hockey Camp is designed for players (entering grades 6-8) whose aspiration is to get better by working on team and individual skills. This camp is both challenging and fun. Ice sessions will focus on the fundamentals of skill development and power-skating. Players will learn proper body position, edge control, and how to lengthen their stride. Puck protection, passing and scoring will be skills taught. In addition, players will learn all aspects of team play. Games will be played at night. In addition, players will workout with the Princeton University Strength and Conditioning Coach.
