Summer Junior Golf Camps - The Landings at Spirit Golf Course
The Landings at Spirit Golf Club has offered junior golf instruction for the past 16 years and PGA Director of Instruction Don Gorin has been instructing juniors for over 22 years. The facility will continue to provide trained and experienced instructors to help promote a lifetime sport. Our camps consist of range instruction on the full swing, short game, and on-course playing, while learning course etiquette and the rules of the game. Each camp session will have a maximum of 8 students per class and a minimum of 4. This will ensure plenty of individual instruction. This course is designed as an introductory course for children who are interested in trying tap for the first time or would like to work on their technique and tap vocabulary. In this class the students will learn the basics of the American Musical Theatre tap dance style, as well as choreography to at least one song. Students will learn basic tap terminology along with tap performing techniques which will provide the student with a well-rounded knowledge of tap dance. This class is designed for 2nd-8th grade students.
