Drop your little ones off for a fun filled Thanksgiving themed 5 hour Yoga Day Camp held at Colonial Oaks Park, Wednesday, November 23rd from 9am-2pm While learning yoga postures, deep breathing & relaxation techniques, together we'll develop coordination, flexibility, strength & balance, while cultivating cooperation, kindness, gratitude, clear minds & joyful hearts. Our Orange Crushers class is a great fit for both the beginner and intermediate young player. This class is designed to continue building an athletic base while teaching the fundamentals necessary to serve, rally, and score.
