Well build homes, rovers, machines and spacecraft - and power them with LEGO® motors. A limited number of students who love the game and are willing to work will be enrolled in this class. Students must be entering grades 5 through 8 unless approved by an instructor. Half of the class is instruction and drills, and the other half is supervised play. Again this year, we are excited to offer supervised match-play on Friday mornings, included in the weekly class fee! -- All classes are held on the Prairie School tennis courts, and class sizes are limited. Description: This is a FREE basketball camp instructed by Coach Marv Lim & his high energy staff for girls interested in playing in our upcoming MGBLeague.com/SVUSD Girls Summer Basketball League. Girls will learn how to shoot, dribble, pass, and move without the ball using easy to understand and age appropriate drills. Players will also learn the rules of basketball. This is a perfect camp for beginning players that want to start playing basketball. This camp also offers a challenging curriculum for intermediate-advanced players.
