If you want to help your child fall in love with reading, send them to the Summer Reading Programs. My 8 year old daughter reported the camp makes books come to life. Every year they pick a theme, and coordinate fun books that correspond to the theme. They also host activities for children to participate in. This help books come alive, and helps kids find a passion for reading.
