Teen Plein Air: Art In Motion Camps #1 & 2 - Bow, WA
Choose from Camp #1 July 11th-15th or Camp #2 July 18th-July 22nd. Class Cost per week $87.50. Camp #1: 3:00pm-5:00pm -- Plein Air (**Students encouraged to participate in Part I & II) "Examining our surroundings in detail, seeing beauty not only in the spectacular but also in the smallest growing things" (Lowenfeld) . In addition to work in our cozy studio, small Plein-Air outings will be held at 2 locations during this one week workshop. Students will learn how to connect with their surroundings. Students develop their observation skills and increase their knowledge about the world around them. Parents expected to drive students to the Plein-Air location specified prior to class. Polpis PM Van - Week 4 - Polpis Harbor
In an effort to alleviate the traffic going to Polpis in the mornings, NCS is offering a bus to Polpis Harbor from the Nantucket Elementary School. Space is limited, so we suggest registering for this service early. This year the bus is being offered as a round trip service. The afternoon sessions bus will leave the Nantucket Elementary School promptly at 12:35am in order to get the children to their morning programs on time. The bus will return to the Elementary School with the sailors by 3:45pm and Parents/Guardians are responsible for promptly picking up their children. There is a $20 late pick-up fee, which will be billed to your NCS account, if a parent/guardian is later than 15 minutes to pick-up their student. ** Please note: This is a weekly sign-up, not bi-weekly! 5082286600.0

Camp Public Health-Session 5 - Schiller Park Community Recreation Center
An apple a day keeps the doctor away? but how do you keep an entire community healthy and safe from terrorist attacks, deadly disease outbreaks, unsafe food and water, rabies, rats and other public health threats? Find out during Camp Public Health at Columbus Public Health. Campers will learn what it takes to protect community health in the 15th largest city in the country through hands-on activities with public health professionals including nurses, sanitarians, epidemiologists and doctors. They?ll also gain insight into active living features such as Art Walks, stream sampling, healthy foods and community gardens, as well as the use of Facebook, Twitter and YouTube to promote public health. Flexible drop off time between 7:15-9 am. Flexible pick up time between 4-6 pm. Breakfast and lunch provided.
