Wild Oceans - Grade 4-6 - NatureBridge at Golden Gate
Features a Bay sailing adventure! Gain your sea legs this week as you learn about the wonders of the Pacific Ocean and San Francisco Bay. Hike out to the Point Bonita Lighthouse to see the power of the Pacific and the only lighthouse in the U.S. accessed by a suspension bridge. Step back in time and discover how the Coast Miwok people relied on the ocean and bay. Midweek, youll sail aboard the schooner Seaward to observe marine mammals, learn about maritime navigation, and identify plankton under microscopes. At the end of the week, learn how much we rely on the ocean and what we can do to help support one of earths greatest resources. 415-331-1548

Creative Drama - Greensboro Day School
Creative Drama Camp $185.00 Rising 1st-3rd June 20-24 8:30am-2:00pm In this camp will use traditional stories from around the world to help children understand the use of movement, voice, listening and concentration in creating characters for the stage. This is a developmentally appropriate introduction to theater arts especially designed for children ages 6-9. The camp will conclude with a special demonstration performance in which the children will show the skills they have developed during the week through some of their favorite stories. Youth Camp II - Hearnes Center
A great way for your child to learn about volleyball in a fun environment. The camp is designed to teach age appropriate skills and techniques to the up-and-coming athlete. Lego Robotics Plus Scratch Video Game Design - The Surge Community Center
Renaissance is excited to provide an exciting, hands-on experience to teach students the basics of computer programming. The camp is available for rising 2rd graders-rising 6th graders. Students create their own games, learning modules, animations or interactivities using a programming language developed by the M.I.T. Media Lab. Elementary Beginning Scratch PLUS Legos: Fun With Programming Do you have a camper who is passionate about technology? Has your camper always loved building and working with Legos? Now, your camper can experience the best of both worlds in a new camp. In this class, campers will build with Legos but also learn how to use the program Scratch to make characters called Sprites dance, walk, talk, and interact with other Sprites on laptops. Scratch makes it easy for students to become a program designer and write top-notch programs that feature animations, stories and simulations. Its the easiest most exciting way to become a 21st century programmer! This is a weeklong camp combined with Lego building, which uses both a fun programming and building environment.
