Weekly Wilderness Skills Youth Camp 12 and Ups - Indianapolis, IN
This is one of our greatest opportunities at White Pine. Participants recieve on-going mentorship in complex wilderness survival skills, tracking, and awareness. We are an aboriginal skills school. We teach these skills within an ethnohistorical context. Our intention is to deepen each persons relationship with their environment, their ancestry, their community and themselves. All this within the context of "the invisible school" a mentorship model that disguises curriculum in games, stories, and spontanious nature learning. Cost is $35.

Crabtree will be joined by more than 20 other NFL players. WHAT: The mini-camp is designed to help participants develop and improve their football skills, sportsmanship and teamwork, while building confidence both on-and-off the field. Campers of all levels will be coached by the pros, college stars and football coaches from the area. Instruction will focus on the team concept of football and fundamental skills. 7th-9th grade girls: Innovators Hub - Saint Marys School
Students should choose one of the three programs as their primary focus but will interact with the other two programs throughout the week. 1. Learning To Lead: FINDING YOUR PASSION- focuses on skill building that will help girls grow as strong, confident leaders. Leaders-in-training work directly with women leaders from Saint Marys and the Raleigh community, both one-on-one and in group programming, to explore topics including leadership styles, public speaking, business etiquette, historical women leaders, navigating ethical dilemmas, resolving conflict, find your passion, and community engagement. At the end of the week, participants have new leadership skills, a better sense of themselves as leaders, and the confidence to be leaders in their own lives. 2. The Power of STEAM - offers girls the opportunity to develop new skills in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. PreK & Kindergarten Program - Election Day at TPS - The Philadelphia School
Join us in a fun and educationally stimulating day learning about elections. Students will design colorful handmade campaign buttons, set up voting stations, play fun election games, and experience creative hands on art activities. Students will prepare a tasty mid-morning snack and participate in choice games, and indoor and outdoor activities. Weather permitting we will enjoy a walk to Taney park for recess. Please pack a lunch (including a beverage) in a disposable bag. For the safety of our students, please DO NOT INCLUDE PEANUT BUTTER or any nuts in your childs lunch. The program will run from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with drop-off available in the yard beginning at 8:00 a.m. (at no extra charge). **Extended day is available from 3:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. for an additional $20. This a basketball camp for kids from grades 4 - 8 emphasizing FAITH, FUN AND FUNDAMENTALS. Campers will be organized into groups and teams according to age level and ability in order to provide a positive learning experience. Campers will learn that the quest to develop as a basketball player "mirrors" the quest to develop as a Christian. Each day will begin and end with prayer.
