Studio Art w/Exploring Pottery, Ages 10-12 - The Yard School of Art At Montclair Art Museum
SummerART Camp Full Day Studio Art Program 9:30am to 5pm Studio Art with Exploring Pottery Elective Session III: July 25 to August 5 Studio Art Camp Farm to Easel: Animals of the Northeast Celebrate the wonder of summer by exploring the animals and plants that live, blossom, and grow all around us. This session will explore our regions animals and plant life. From the farms to the forest, and birdhouses to beaches, we will be inspired by the colors, shapes, and sound of the flora and fauna that are local to our area. Weather permitting, campers will explore nature on MAMs grounds and at Van Vleck House and Gardens. We will create works of two and three dimensional art in a variety of media inspired by our observations and imaginations! Camp Collegiate Session 4 3rd-8th grades - Wichita Collegiate School
Instructor: Hawley Session 4: Cool Chemistry Camp Camp Collegiate is a fast-paced, fun-based learning experience that is meant to make summer days fly by with fun activities. Boys and girls in third through eighth grade spend their days with friends and counselors doing all of the typical camp things: swimming, cooking out on a camp fire, canoe trips, arts and crafts, having treats, horseback riding, games … and a lot of not-so-traditional things: feeding and caring for snakes and hamsters; studying ecosystems and astronomy; competing in science challenges; building woodworking and electronics projects. Fun off-campus trips will include canoeing down the Fall River, visiting the Oklahoma salt flats, going to Laser Quest, the Alley, Ice Skating, Tanganyika, the Sedgwick Co. Zoo, and All-Star Adventures. Kids often say that great memories are made in this camp and its one of the best parts of their summer! Each day at camp begins at 9:00 AM with a game of Capture the Flag and ends at 3:00 PM with a fun closing activity where the Happy Camper for the day is announced. Soccer Camp: Middle and High School Boys - Harding Cherry Road
This session includes: speed/ agility, field session, functional training, small sided games, 11 vs 11, indoor session. Campers should sign-in at 8:00 am on the field. Campers should bring their own lunch, or money for lunch. Campers should bring a ball, shin guards, cleats/indoor shoes (tennis shoes), and a water bottle.
