Come and join the fun at Sugar Pine during February Break! It’s going to be an exciting week full of friends, adventure and growth. You’ll play lots of games: including target sports, board games, and adventurous activities. You’ll explore the beauty of the mountains during the daily nature lessons and get “creative” making crafts and learning new skills. Each day will have reading & journal times and open times to play with friends, make crafts, join the Game Room Tournament or visit the Old Mill Cafe. What is Day Camp? Kid's Adventure Day Camp was created as a safe, fun and educational event for 3rd-6th graders during school breaks. This Summer June 22nd-26th we are going to Teen Extreme Youth Camp at Pensacola Christian College in Pensacola, FL. This camp is going to be awesome with exciting preaching from Kenny Baldwin, an indoor water park, paintball, bowling, swimming, ice skating, inline skating, rock climbing, team competitions, music competitions, and much more on the Pensacola Christian College campus. The cost for this camp is $195 per student. (same as last year!) Anyone going into 7th grade fall of 2015 through 2015 graduates can attend. Are you ready to live like a Greek God? Well, maybe not quite THAT great, but we WILL be experiencing how the Ancient Greeks lived, in the spirit of the Percy Jackson books! Camp participants (DemiGods) will create maps, Wear Greek clothing, play capture the flag - Greek style, write names in ancient Greek, make banners recognizing their own unique abilities, eat the food of the Gods of Olympus, and battle it out to the death with hand made Greek weapons!
