This class will consist of daily bike rides to different places to participate in a variety of sporting activities such as visiting local parks and playing soccer, frisbee golf, and organized games. Biking helps both aerobic conditioning and muscle strength. Students must bring a bike, helmet, water bottle, snack and sunscreen. Join us at Anders Ruff Workshop in Pineville for our Teen/Tween CAMP (Ages 10+). Create a preppy and charming 15″x20″ customized canvas and wood wall hanging! In this workshop, you will start with bare canvas and leave with a customized canvas wall hanging flanked with wood stretchers in any color combination you choose. Choose from our line of home decor paints in the class. Pick from a monogram silhouette design choice above. This is a drop off workshop for teens and tweens. Safety waivers to be signed upon drop off.

This exciting camp will introduce campers to different sports/activities each day and will teach them the basics with fun drills, games and activities from our experienced and energetic staff. This is a great way for kids to experience many different sports, keep them active, and allow them to have fun with others in a structured and organized camp, regardless of skill level or previous knowledge. Flip for our Gymnastics Camps this summer. Whetstone Community Center offers one-week gymnastics camps for girls and boys beginner through advanced levels. Campers will participate in a skills test the first day to place them in an appropriate level. Both weeks offer gymnast instruction on the following apparatuses: Vault, Balance Beam, Bars, and Floor. Campers will participate in group as well as art activities. On Fridays of each week, campers will also get to participate in a themed performance to showcase their abilities in front of family and friends. Ages 13-14 must be a level 4 to attend. Flexible drop off time between 7:30-9 am. Flexible pick up time between 4-6 pm. Breakfast and lunch provided.
