Soccer Shots II (K-2nd Grade) - Germantown Friends School
Soccer Shots Philadelphia is coming to GFS this spring! Soccer Shots is the premier childrens soccer experience for children from preschool to second grade. Through quality, high-energy soccer programming with principled instruction from highly-trained coaches, Soccer Shots emphasizes soccer skills and character development with fun, age-appropriate play. Soccer Shots instructors use each session to teach children important character and social concepts, such as teamwork, confidence and respect. Moreover, their weekly, semester-long approach will take all children from the most basic understanding of soccer through the 10 fundamental skills all soccer players need to know. Finally, Soccer Shots teaches players positive life skills designed to leave a lasting impact on every child who participates. Please note: Because Soccer Shots II will begin at 3:50 p.m., participants may sign up for 40 minutes of coverage in ASP for a modest additional fee. 215-951-2384

Aftercare 4:00-5:00pm - Villa Academy
After your childs afternoon camp they will be escorted to aftercare by Villa Ventures Staff. Here the staff will provide safe, stimulating, and enjoyable experiences. All activities support Villa Academys mission of fostering self-esteem, an inquiring mind, a joy for learning, and a compassionate and ethical spirit. There will be a balance between individual and group activities, quiet time, and recreational time. If you are running late please call 206-234-8885 so we can let your child know. You will be charged a $3/minute late fee after 5:05pm. These late fees will NEED to be paid upon pickup of your child by check or credit card on the day you are late or your child will NOT be able to attend aftercare until this balance is paid. 206-524-7009

TECH IT OUT- Robotics WeDo Science Camp Activities are divided into four project-based learning themes – Organisms and Environments| Force, Motion and Energy |Sports and Engineering | History of Flight Working in small teams, campers understand how scientific investigation and reasoning allows them to use critical thinking and problem solving to make informed decisions and draw conclusions by designing models that represents how something works or looks that cannot be seen. TECH IT OUT- WeDo Science Camp culminated in a high tech share fair where students set up a display of their models and present their computer animated conclusion from science experiments to their learning community and families. 8322080445.0
