At North Miamis annual Spring Break Camp campers will have a great time with old and new friends. Campers will stay busy with indoor and outdoor supervised activities, field trips, and a party. This program will provide campers with more then the recommedned 60 minutes of daily physical activity. Fee includes all trips, actvities, daily snacks and related transportation. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please bring this receipt on first day of camp. Fee includes all trips, activities, daily snacks and related transportation. Campers must bring a bagged lunch daily. Our refund policy is to provide a 100% refund for anyone who submits a written request prior to the start of the session. Any written request received after the first day of the session will be processed with a $20 administrative fee. After the third day of the session, there will be no refunds. A BIRTH CERTIFICATE is required for each child registered. Additionally, only parents and legal guardians are permitted to register their children. Adventure Camp - Week 5 - The Greenwell Foundation
Adventure Camp (ages 8-12 by first day of camp session). Why is Adventure Camp different? Campers are provided the opportunity to explore further into the park with longer hikes, shelter building, and learning how to build a campfire – and then Smores! Part of Adventure Camp is letting the group direct what activities they would like to do by coming up with new and exciting adventures. The staff has the freedom to be creative when making these fun adventures come to life. Campers will have an opportunity to kayak twice during the week, including a visit to the Hollywood Oyster Company. They will create and run their own unique obstacle course, go fishing and crabbing from the pier, and build their own boats out of recycled materials and test to see if they are sea-worthy. Mid-week, campers will hike to the Manor House area where they can build forts with bamboo, explore the gardens, play water games and capture the flag, visit the Barn and participate in our Nature Time program. Each afternoon, campers are provided an afternoon snack and each week there is a chance to make Smores. The week ends with Tye-Dye Friday for a take-home memory of... 301-373-9775

Thank you for your interest in Minnesota Farmers Union (MFU) Leadership Camps. The registration cost for this senior high camp is $95 per participant. An annual MFU Family Membership is also required at $75 per year. (Children attending camp for the first time will not be required to have an MFU Family Membership.) A $10 discount will be given next year to any returning camper who brings a friend to camp who never participated in the camp program. Campers are taught all aspects of the game. A typical day at camp includes station work with emphasis on fundamentals such as shooting, passing, footwork, defense, rebounding, and ball handling. We also have a variety of contests, drills, league games, and a tournament at the end of each camp. Throughout our camps we put a special emphasis on our core values, Appreciation, Enthusiasm, Competitiveness, Teamship and Accountability. With appearances from our Texas Mens Basketball coaching staff and players, our campers get an inside look at what it is like to be a part of an elite division one basketball program. Sport camps and clinics conducted by The University of Texas are open to any and all entrants. Enrollment is limited only by age, grade level, gender, and capacity restrictions as specified by each camp. Please note that NCAA guidelines prohibit payment of camp expenses (e.g., transportation, camp fees, spending money, etc.) by a representative of The University of Texas athletics interests. NCAA rules also prohibit free or reduced camp admission for prospects (7th grade and above in mens basketball). Sorry, no camp scholarships available.

Drama Advanced-Prepared to be challenged by the likes of Shakespeare, Mamet and other influential playwrights in our Advanced Drama Class. This class will delve into the techniques used by famous teachers such as Stanislavsky, Chekov and Boal, to truly hone their skills in bringing characters to life on the stage. Please contact Jay Goodlett to confirm that you have the required training to participate. Step into the role of a lifetime and learn the secrets of the Dramatic Arts! Using traditional and modern acting techniques, we will explore the dynamics of drama through the use of scene work. Your teaching artist will assign scenes from both contemporary and classical theatrical plays/musicals as you learn to expand your talents through the help of others.
