2016 Skill Positions Camp - Memorial Stadium
This camp emphasizes development of the basic fundamentals of play – technique – concepts for these specific skill positons: Offense: Quarterback, Wide receiver, Running back, Tight end Defense: Corner, Safety, Linebacker Specialist: Kicker, Punter, Long Snapper The camp includes drills, technique work and 1-on-1 competitions. Campers will be grouped according to age/grade, height, and ability level. REFUND POLICY: Cancellations requested at least seven days prior to the start of camp will be issued a full refund less a $15 non-refundable deposit. Rugrats Soccer Club is brought to you by Valor Sports LLC. Rugrats is a parent and child program, "Members Only" club, designed specifically for children ages 18 months to 3.5 years old. Participation in Rugrats is limited to members of Valor Sports only. Rugrats Soccer was designed by a school teacher specializing in early childhood education, and a soccer coach with 25 years of coaching experience. The program is designed to focus on the development of your childs socialization and cooperation skills, and help develop coordination, endurance, and balance. Separation anxiety often experienced by many children is not an issue as the parent is a play partner with Coach and Child. The $100.00 Valor Membership fee entitles the members immediate family to participate in all club activities which includes the Rugrats Soccer club, and other Valor members only activities. * Rugrats Sessions are 35 - 40 minutes long. * No equipment is necessary (comfortable clothing and a full water bottle for both child and adult is mandatory) * Sessions are led by FYSA licensed soccer coach/trainers. Cubs Gymnastics 2 - Brigham Young University
Come experience an exciting week of gymnastics at BYU! Campers will gain experience in all areas of gymnastics: trampoline, tumbling mats, bars, rings, balance beams and floor. They will improve their coordination as they work with members of BYUs gymnastics teams and skilled local gymnasts. Participants will also enjoy drills, demonstrations and workouts on BYUs outstanding gymnastics facilities. Whether your child is a beginning gymnast or a budding young athlete, they will enjoy this unique opportunity to use some of the finest gymnastics facilities in the nation. Theater 3 - Improv Extravaganza - Artists Exchange
Jump in, be big and bold, laugh, and learn the basics of acting through the wild, wonderful world of improvisation! Learn to think quickly on your feet and act from the top of your head in this fun, silly, and engaging camp. Play and perform favorite short form improv games, including those seen on TVs hit show Whose Line Is It Anyway?. Students gain confidence in public speaking, expressing themselves using their body and voice, and facing fears of stage fright and performance anxiety. No experience necessary; come one and come all. Class culminates in an original improv show for family and friends; written, created, hosted, and performed by the students.
