Intro to volleyball through skill development and small group games. Staff will focus on helping athletes learn the rules of volleyball while working on team play and sportsmanship. Individual skills taught: spiking, serving, setting & hitting. Groups by age and skill level. Staff to camper ratio 10-1. Bring knee pads, a water bottle, snack and a great attitude. Teen North African Music, Dance and Culture Camp - Nampa, ID
Travel to Northern Africa and the Middle-East, without the motion sickness or expensive flight. Learn about the music, dance and culture of the area of the world where Africa meets the Orient. It's a whole new world of music and dance! If you only have a Western Music Education, you are missing out on over three fourths of the world's music! Students will attend from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, August 4th and 6th. Besides learning dance moves, students will make percussive instruments and learn to play several N. We are going around the world with this multi faceted day camp for kids! We will explore the art, language and culture of several different countries, including Brazil, Morocco and Japan. A variety of activities will fill our time together - art, sports, music and more! Campers will create and fill in their "passports" as we visit a new country each day. Kids from 8-13 are invited to join us for this 4 day camp, running Monday, August 15 - Thursday, August 18 from 9 am to 12:30 pm each day. Cost of camp is $120. Robot Olympics 2016: Session A - Connecticut Science Center
Get ready to achieve robot glory! Build and train resident CSC robots to race through obstacle courses and compete in Olympic-style events that will challenge new and experienced programmers alike.
