Southern Region Teen Leadership Conference - Crossville, TN
The Southern Region 4-H Teen Leadership Conference (SLTRC) is scheduled for September 24-27, 2015, at the Clyde M. York 4-H Center in Crossville. This event is open to senior 4-H members (9-12 grade as of January 1, 2015). SLTRC is an outstanding opportunity to help youth develop leadership skills, citizenship skills and help them find opportunities to put those skills to use in their community. The registration fee for this conference is $180.00 which includes lodging, meals and a t-shirt.

Kid's Sports Camp - Delta, CO
For kids entering 1st-5th grades. Cost is only $15 and includes snacks and a shirt. Camp will be held June 8-11, from 9-11:30AM at Delta Hight School (1400 Pioneer Road.) Change is good. I need a change too. As it stands, my career and student base are growing, but my studio space is not. In order to do more amazing things for my students and the community, I started a search for a bigger, better, more creatively inviting space. Coincidentally, a like-minded creative thinker is expanding our local arts community with a vision of making our city a better place to live, by renovating an old building called the Gear Factory. Using air rifles, this camp offers boys and girls the opportunity to learn safe gun handling and develop basic marksmanship skills. Investigate ideas, and discover creative ways of thinking through unique experiences with art. Through a variety of fun activities in and around The Derryfield School, Creative Campers will become more confident in their ability to observe, analyze, and problem-solve. Emphasizing the power of imagination and innovation, campers will be encouraged to create their own works of art using a variety of media and materials. After Camp Care for KidSport the week of 6/27 - 7/1. Parents/guardians come into school to sign out and pick up camper. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- KidSport offers children the opportunity to learn and refine non-competitive sport-specific, team building and social skills. The activities are age appropriate and developed by experts in childrens physical education. Teen Voyager Camp - Bock Recreation Center
Get geared up and ready to travel this summer! Each day, camp will field trip to various places throughout the suburbs such as to museums, parks, swimming pools, baseball games and more. During this general interest camp, campers will participate in a wide range of activities from bowling and roller skating to kick ball and candy making. Campers must bring a sack lunch each day.
