Kid's Yoga Summer Camp: Week 2 - Indianapolis, IN
More than ever before, kids face an abundance of pressures and stress. Mindfulness practices, such as yoga, meditation and breathwork, can give children the tools they need to navigate their life in a way that is true and authentic to them. During this special week of yoga camp, we will explore the many gifts that yoga has to give. Children will participate in activities that empower and center them, foster a strong sense of self, and connect them to the greater community. These ativities include, but are not limited to: Poses to empower, strengthen and bring balance Meditations and breathing practices to calm the body, mind and spirit Principles to guide healthy interactions w/ themselves and the world around them All exploration will take place in a playful, safe environment where each child can find their unique voice.
