Treasure Hunting with Stamps! Letterboxing! - The Evergreen School
A week of stamp making, hiking and treasure hunting. Students will create their own stamps, follow directions, and find hidden letterboxes. They will stamp in and collect stamps from each of our daily hikes. We will even make our own letterboxes, write up the clues and hide them for others to find. Students will be hiking approximately 1-3 miles daily with plenty of time for breaks, lunch, play, and treasure hunting. Children must bring a lunch, a full water bottle, and should wear sturdy sneakers or hiking boots. The class will be outdoors all day walking fairly easy trails. Letterboxing is a great prologue to geocaching. 206-957-1533

Gymnastics Camp Session 8 - Whetstone Community Center
Flip for our Gymnastics Camps this summer. Whetstone Community Center offers one-week gymnastics camps for girls and boys beginner through advanced levels. Campers will participate in a skills test the first day to place them in an appropriate level. Both weeks offer gymnast instruction on the following apparatuses: Vault, Balance Beam, Bars, and Floor. Campers will participate in group as well as art activities. On Fridays of each week, campers will also get to participate in a themed performance to showcase their abilities in front of family and friends. Ages 13-14 must be a level 4 to attend. Flexible drop off time between 7:30-9 am. Flexible pick up time between 4-6 pm. Breakfast and lunch provided. Rookies - Session I - Camp Jack Hazard
Rookie Camp is a four-day, three-night mini-session designed for first time campers as an introduction to the camp and preparation for a full length Camp Jack Hazard session. Campers will try all of the activities available to Resident Campers, including: games, campfires, camp programs and an on-site overnight where theyll have the opportunity to sleep under the stars without leaving CJH grounds. Story Telling from Every Angle - Coyote Central
Youll dive so deep into storytelling that it will make your head spin as you work with an award-winning filmmaker, writer of comic books, animations, and screenplays; teacher at film schools, universities, and PIXAR Animation Studio. With him youll be conversing about the basics of story telling, listening to them, watching them on tapes, and improvising them. By the end of the week, you will have a giant bag of great storytelling tools and techniques for however you want to use them: acting, telling, writing, or knowing why youve just witnessed one. Grandview Overnight Camp - Penn State Behrend Athletics
The Grandview Basketball camp has been the premiere resident basketball camp in Northwest Pennsylvania since 1970. The foundation of fundamentals and character development instilled by camp founder Bill Flaherty is still the basis of Grandview. The Grandview staff consists of some of the most accomplished coaches and players in Erie basketball. Generations of Erie basketball players have been impacted by the Grandview camp. The camp offers something for everyone, from the beginning player to the aspiring college prospect. Recently we added the varsity division for players in Grades 11-12 and it was a big success.
