Does your student need help with English Language Arts or Social Studies? Does your student need a quiet place to work on homework with a teacher after school? If so, the MPA Homework Lab is the place for them! The MPA Homework Lab will take place Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:10pm to 4:30pm in Hansen 112. The Lab will offer a quiet place where students can complete homework, ask questions, work on projects, or just study for quizzes and tests. Movement & Art Camp - Friendswood, TX
Kid Creations & Bay Area Pilates are teaming up for another 3-hour Movement & Art Camp. Kids will have FUN learning the benefits of pilates in a choreographed-for-kids pilates class for one hour and then will be escorted down the sidewalk to Kid Creations for two hours of arts and crafts. Snacks will be provided. Workshops can be attended separately. The cost is $45 for both. To come to Kid Creations alone from 1:00-3:00pm, the cost is $30. Our Children's Trust, Rogue Climate, the Geos Institute, and Trail Treckers are coming together to host a one day training for youth and their parents on how to become effective advocates for a stable climate. Elementary through high school students from around the Rogue Valley are welcome! Suggested ages are 9-18. Bring a sack lunch, and we will provide snacks! Grab your racket and lets take your game to the next level. Learn how to improve your rally, volley, and serve as we develop your athleticism and technical skills. Join us for fun but challenging games like Red Rover, Intensity, and Champion of the Court to improve your tennis fundamentals and develop your potential for higher levels of competition. Next Level Junior Campers must have a minimum of 2 years playing experience and turn 12 by 6/1/16. Next Level PGA Junior Camps offer small group instruction integrated with supervised course play.
