The Jarmelle Jo-Jo Jones AddnoE Youth Leadership Camp - Memphis, TN
This is a Leadership Camp that will be held on the campus of Christian Brothers University. The students will reside on campus during this week and will partake in leadership exercises, classes, and community service projects each day. We have leaders from around the city that will be in attendance each day to meet each student and to ensure they are in the know about what is going on in the city. The students will have homework each day and will go through a rigorous course designed to mold the leaders of tomorrow. 3D Modeling & Printing: Cedar Way - Cedar Way Elementary
Working collaboratively in pairs, students will discover how to build objects in 3D suitable for 3D printing, utilizing the online platform, TinkerCad. Smart with Art educators will teach students to work with 3D design elements, learn about creating art in perspective, all while exploring practical applications of 3D technology. We will challenge their spatial skills with ocean themed, art-related activities. Students will be able to create a personalized 3D model to print and take home at the end of class. Clay-Set Sail with Clay: Kenmore - Kenmore Elementary
Join Smart with Art as we discover sea-life creatures and explore the ocean with clay! We will create a bookend influenced by Edward Hoppers art, including a relief lighthouse design. We will work with glass pieces and clay, as we create a slab box based on Hokusais The Great Wave painting. We will learn about creating coils in clay as we design a tile with a sea creature of our choice. Exploring pinch pots techniques, students will design a bigmouth fish creation. We will also dive into a multi-medium work of art that combines an acrylic painting and a clay under the sea work of art. Join us as we explore the sea and set sail in clay with Smart with Art. May 31-June 3: Mountain Biking Intro/Intermediate (Ages 8-12) - Mountain Kids!
Whether you are a novice or an intermediate rider, grab your mountain bike and get tuned up for some riding adventures! Riders will learn tips for riding single track, trail etiquette, and riding smart. We will ride mainly at La Tierra where there is plenty of single-track and a great flow track full of whoop-de-doos and yehaws! If we get some really hot days, we will reward ourselves by heading to the Santa Fe River or Bicentennial pool to cool off before riding back to Fort Marcy. BIKE AND HELMET REQUIRED! 505-699-6230

Summer Session - Athletic Development 2016 #3 - Killington Mountain School
Hello, We are very excited to announce the launch of the all-new KSC and KMS Summer Sessions. The Summer Sessions will be focused on athletic development, coaching our young athletes in multi-sport environments that will help develop athletic literacy and capacity in a fun-filled setting. Our Summer Sessions will be directed by Gar Trayner, Olympian, former World Cup coach and current Director of Athlete Development at Killington Mountain School. We have collaboration with iSport and Vermont Orthopaedic to supplement our sports-specific content and act as medical advisors and supporters. In addition to this we will have world class national team and collegiate athletes and coaches delivering our sessions to provide a cutting edge experience for young athletes. We are introducing a brand-new calendar of exciting sessions this summer with Athletic Conditioning Camps, Summer Action Sport Camps and Cyclocross, Road Biking and Mountain Bike Camps available.
