Spring Break Art Camp - 8-12 - Indianapolis Art Center
Our Spring Break Art Camps are modeled after our acclaimed Summer Art Camps. Each day, children participate in a variety of art activities including painting, drawing, hand-built ceramics, papermaking, and sculpture! Spring Break Art Camp staff is made up of youth art educators from the Indianapolis community. An instructor and assistant will lead each camp, where the instructor to camper ratio will not exceed 1 to 10 to ensure that each child receives individual attention. Spring Break Art Camp includes a one-hour supervised lunch, play and rest time. NOTE: All supplies for Youth/Teen classes are included. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * A full refund will be issued for camp sessions cancelled by the Art Center. Storytime Yoga PK-1 (Monday) - Janney Elementary School
Yoga helps the student find balance at any age, calming the mind and relaxing the body. This class helps bring active minds into union with active bodies in a non-competitive environment. Kids will learn new poses in a fun and playful way that stretches and strengthens their imaginations as well as their bodies. Mats are provided. Previous yoga experience is not required. Check In & Late Registration: 7:30 Am - 8:30 AM, Camp Hours 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM Full Day Campers need to bring a sack lunch. Youth Summer Camp will consist of Lectures on Hitting, Infield Play, Outfield Play, Bunting, and Baserunning. Pitching & Catching will be covered in the afternoon sessions only. Campers will get to experience Extended Bag games at the end of each session against kids in their age range and will compte in the Roadrunner Olympics on the final morning of camp. Soccer Boys Returning Varsity and JV Camp (06/13/2016-07/22/2016) - Centennial Park
MTWTH: 6/13-6/30/2016 and MWF: 7/6-7/22/16. Camp for Returning Varsity and JV players. The first three weeks will be on the field: technical training, small sided games, going to Goal, as well as finishing and fitness. The last three weeks will be spent in the weight room.
