This two week, high-energy camp is for children who love drama and the arts and who are looking to build their creativity, confidence, self-esteem and leadership skills through the performing arts. The two-week camp concludes with ?An Evening of Entertainment" featuring a performance put on by the campers. Participants will learn about the many components of theater production, from costumes and makeup to set design and blocking. This camp meets at the Hickory Lodge, 1115 W. Sycamore. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Make sure your child (grade 1-6) is a part of this awesome summer. Guided by our American Red Cross Certified Staff, this summer promises to be one adventure after the other. Campers should bring a swimsuit and towel, sunscreen and bug spray, a water bottle and lunch everyday. Afternoon snack will be provided. Children should wear clothes that can get dirty and comfortable shoes that they can wear while running and hiking. Camp will run from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. During our week long fitness and baseball camp, we are going to focus on baseball development, speedwork and other fitness fundamentals. We will be working in small groups and going into a lot of detail to really develop and improve the kids' techniques and playing ability. Each body conditioning segment will be dedicated to the improvement of sprint skills, techniques, and the development of power needed to run faster. Camp will be from July 11 - July 15, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Daily, for kids age 9-12. NOTE: You must buy your tickets on Eventbrite to register!!

This fundraiser will be with Thirtyone. I'll be setting up downstairs in the meeting room at Monicals in Shelbyville. All products will be set up to see In person as well as catalogs. This will be an open house from 2pm to 5pm. All sales made help and are very much appreciated as ALL commission from this fundraiser will go towards Natalie storm and her royal family kids camp. We are excited about our 2015 Summer Teen Camp. We will be headed to camp CoBeAc in Michigan to join in "the Next Great Detective" the week of July 20th-25th. Teacher: Pam Peters Theres nothing like some time in the great outdoors. Pam will lead children through and adventure in art exploring nature and outdoor themes. They will incorporate items they find in the outdoors on nature walks during camp or those they find on their own. The projects will also include creating from clay, which will be fired and painted or glazed. Other materials for projects will include fabric, recycled materials, beads, buttons, wood.
