We would like to welcome your child to a fun, safe and exciting 2016 Camp Far East. The camp will venture on field trips such as Columbus Clippers, Zoombezi Bay and more, as well as, bring exciting programs on site. Your camper will experience camp challenges and activities revolving around our weekly camp themes which will be sure to bring happy smiles to their faces. Other activities include: sporting events, arts and craft, group games, swimming, spray parks, special events and outdoor and nature activities. We look forward to seeing your child this summer at Camp far East. Theme: Carnival Games & Food Flexible drop off time between 7:15-9 am. Flexible pick up time between 4-6 pm. Breakfast and lunch provided. Some field trips and special events may require an additional fee. Not all activities during a session will focus on the theme. Eazywork Bartendaz in collaboration with City of Rochester Department of Recreation and Youth Services and Blessings in a Bookbag Community project present THE INVESTMENT: Health, Wellness and Fitness boost. This FREE community event and backpack giveaway promotes health nutrition & wellness gearing kids up for back to school by stimulating their minds and bodies to grow and effect our community in a positive way and teaching them how to make the right decisions with their body so they can make great decisions in the classroom. Yick, Yack, Yuck July 5th-8th 9am – 4pm (Ages 5 – 11) Monday – Friday Its the study of everything gross in this camp, as kids jump into the world of disgusting (I know…you say they are already there…)!! Its all things gooey, slimy, slippery…funky, ugly, and foul!!! All of the gross stuff that kids just LOVE! Kids will get down and dirty with lots of hands-on activities, and in this special edition of Grossology. For this camp kids will be rolling up their sleeves and getting elbow deep in the ultimate Yuck and Muck!! Campers will dissect owl pellets (dried up wads of owl vomit that the birds yack up periodically) looking for all the bits and bobs of what the owls have been eating. So, for those brave enough to pick through them, there are treasures to be found! Get the scoop about animal poop and even make edible poo (ewwww GROSS), and if that doesnt do it for you then its slime time with edible glow in the dark slime.
