Afternoon Adventure Wk 4 - Rider Center
Make it a full day of camp and stay for Afternoon Adventure! Our afternoon session includes plenty of outdoor activities and sports. In addition, there is swimming on Tuesday and Thursdays plus trips to the library on Wednesdays. Little Aquanauts (Week 5 AM) - Mission Splish Splash - NESS
Enlist in the splish splash mission to get a taste of kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, and surfing practice safely in the harbor. Venture into the tidal splash zones to see what types of animals thrive in this harsh environment and use magnifying glasses to get closer looks of the adaptations these animals use for survival. 860-535-9362

CHILDREN DINING ETIQUETTE - EDUCATIONAL EVENTS & SEMINARS
Whether youre eating at home, dining out, or having dinner with friends, good table manners for kids are an important part of every meal. When you teach your child good table manners, you are giving them important tools for social interaction that will serve them for the rest of their lives. Plus, laying the groundwork for good etiquette at the dinner table means your children will more likely become pleasant dinner companions for family meals in the years to come. This year, instead of the usual resolutions, why not make gathering the family around the dining table -- working on manners and proper eating etiquette -- top of the list. The session will be of 1 and 1/2 hours, children will be trained on a soup, a cutting protein and fake wine (grape juice). They will learn how to sit, table posture, hands position, utensils placement and usage, drinking from a glass, speaking, chewing and much much more. Weekly Theme: Under the Sea Creative Campers is run by our experienced toddler class instructors. The program offers an excellent way for younger children to experience a day camp in a safe environment. Activities includes art, science, music, cooking, indoor and outdoor play, and more based on a weekly theme that is designed for creativity, fun, and friendship!
