LATEST CAMPS NEWS: High School Session II - LSU Football Operations
Students who will be in the 9th or greater in the fall of 2016 are eligible to attend. Our high school camps are designed to give each individual athlete a solid foundation in the basic football fundamentals needed to excel at his specific position. LSU Head Football Coach Les Miles directs this program with assistance from his staff and guest coaches. This means you will receive the same expert coaching that every LSU player receives. This is a non-contact, skills teaching camp. 225-338-9836

Youth Ballroom Theatre Camp - Asheville, NC
Inviting all young talents (6-18yr) to attend an afternoon of learning and fun! This camp is designed for beginner to intermediate dancers. Our focus will be: "Mambo" and "Samba" -Learn Balance -Timing -Transitions -Movement -Partnering -Teamwork The camp will be broken into section classes. Youth will be taught a fun choreography during the camp, having the option to perform at a later date. Along with athletic training to build motor skills, endurance and strength we will be doing games like 4 Square, Dodge Ball, Water Balloon Tag, Corn Hole, Jail Break, etc. Full Day of Camp ($119/week) is from 9 am - 2 pm, Half Day ($75/week) is 9 am - 11:30 am Mon-Fri. APPLICATION: Integrated Science (Blended) 6/20 to 7/1 (Online) & 7/17 to 7/22 (Residential) - Selective Application for Integrated Science
Serving underrepresented and economically disadvantaged students who have talent and interest in mathematics and science is a high priority of the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy. We believe that we must actively recruit from all regions of the state of Illinois. In addition, we believe we must address the challenges of underrepresented and economically disadvantaged students through contact and intervention in the form of academic enrichment programming. This is one of those programs. The Academy continues to create and develop a culturally rich and inclusive environment that affirms and celebrates individual differences. The Integrated Science Program is a competitive application program, for students who have completed 8th grade and 1 year of pre-algebra and who are interested in application to IMSAs Residential High School Program. Required Documentation: To be considered for application for the Integrated Science Program, documentation of the following are required: 1. Completion of the 8th grade 2. Completion or enrollment in 1 year of pre-algebra 3. A Teacher Recommendation (form attached) 4. Summit Football July 25-29 - Summit School
Summit Football July 25-29 Rising 3rd, 4th & 5th 9am-2pm Campers will learn fundamentals to be successful in football. The morning will focus on drills to improve throwing, catching, running, kicking, punting, as well as offensive and defensive positions. The afternoon will be filled with flag football games to put all of the fundamentals together. Campers would be encouraged to bring sneakers, cleats, shorts, hats, water bottles and a t-shirt. Mr. Mihalko was part of two high school championships and one national championship at the University of Notre Dame under Lou Holtz. The winning is not the focus of this camp.
