My kids were able to experience a lot of different things at Camp Tecumseh this summer. They have the usual camp activities, but they also have rock wall climbing, archery, riffly, tube slides, a nature center, candle making, disc golf, fishing and a mini farm. Summer Teen Camp - Brevard, NC
This summer we will be going to camp on week 10. That will be August 3rd – 8th. The evangelist will be Tom Farrell. Every teen and junior is invited to join us for summer camp. Teen campers must be 12 years old by September 1, 2015 and junior campers must be at least 9 years old by September 1, 2015. The cost for teen campers is $345.00, if you register before February 1st you will save $50.00 The cost for junior camp is $335.00, if you register before February 1st you will save $50.00 This year you can register online and just be sure to join your registration up with Calvary Baptist Church of New Bern.

Teen Improv Summer Camp - Norfolk, VA
Jump head first into the wonderful world of improv comedy. This camp is open to teens from the age of 13 to 18, and absolutely no experience is needed. Students will explore the key tools behind both long and short form improvisation. We will play numerous improv games which will help to sharpen your mind and strengthen your public-speaking, social and team-building skills. We strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where teens can build confidence, make friends, and most importantly ... have fun. At the end of camp, all students will take part in a graduation show on the Push Comedy Theater stage. Students will also be eligible to perform in the 5th Annual Norfolk Comedy Festival in late September 2016. The Teen Improv Summer Camp will be July 11 thru 15 from 1pm to 3pm. Tutition: $200

The Solon Recreation Department offers two day camps that run in conjunction with one another. The Summer Camp is for pre-kindergarten to fourth graders (child must be at least 5 years old and no older than 12 on their first day of camp). The Adventure Camp is for current fifth & sixth graders (child must be 12 years old or younger on their first day of camp). Camp consists of sports, swimming, activities, field trips and much, much more. The schedules and activities are age appropriately planned. These vital skills are often overlooked, but when done correctly will help shave time off swims. The operator of this camp, Pablo Morales, LLC, is a separate legal entity from the University of Nebraska, and it is not sponsored, endorsed, selected, affiliated or recommended by the University of Nebraska. 402-472-0042
