Adventure Day Camp - Meineke Recreation Center (MRC)
This fun-filled Monday-Friday camp is designed for your child to take part in eleven weeks of recreational activities, swimming, field trips and more. Camp is held out of the Meineke Recreation Center, 220 East Weathersfield Way. Extended care is also offered for an additional fee. Campers are asked to bring a sack lunch and suit everyday, unless specified. Parents will receive a detailed camp calendar prior to the start of camp. The camp fee includes t-shirt, events and field trips. No camp on July 4. AGE CATEGORY Youth (6yr+) LOCATION MRC C/D Room at Meineke Recreation Center (MRC)

The camp will be taught by Danny Coffin, Head Coach at Calverton, with over 15 years experience and running successful tennis camps. Hosted on Calvertons own six-court tennis complex, this camp will be a wonderful experience for the beginner, as well as the experienced tennis player. Cooking Camps - Chopped! - Capital View-Homewood Local Park
Never have food challenge reality shows been so popular and Chopped! is a favorite here at Tiny and Gourmet Chefs! We like it so much we decided to base a whole week long camp on the concept. Our version has the added twist of focusing on different cuisines every day of camp. So, each day the Tiny and Gourmet Chef campers will be presented with a basket with 3 or 4 ingredients, which reflect these different cuisines French, Italian, Mexican, Asian and All-American.
