Start from scratch in this two week session. You will invent your own character, and then, along with the group, we will pick a title, genre, setting, and grand event. In the end you will have written and performed your very own play! You are invited to the dedication of the new chapel at Youth Haven Bible Camp at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 21! A reception with refreshments will follow the dedication service. As most of you know, the chapel honors the memory of Julia Brandenburg, daughter of KMM missionaries, Scott and Amy Brandenburg. Chapel services were Julia’s favorite activity at Youth Haven and while she was able to enjoy only one summer as a camper before her passing in 2012, countless children will continue to hear the gospel message in the new chapel in the years to come. Although there may be work yet to be done, the building will be dedicated for God’s use and glory on May 21. If you plan to attend, please contact us by May 9, as this will help in our preparation for the event. If you have prayed, sent a gift for the project, donated materials and/or worked on the new chapel, we would love to have you join us! Please come celebrate and give praise with us!

March 2016 Saturday Social Group has been cancelled. Saturday Social Group is a chance for elementary/middle children with HFA/Aspergers needing help with social skills to spend a Saturday participating in fun activities, working on social skills, and establishing and maintaining friendships Children with social skills, communication, sensory, and behavioral needs ages 4-15 with HFA/Aspergers who can function in a group of 10 children to 2 adults are invited to attend on the second Saturday of each month September, October, November, December, February, March, and May. 678-720-2177
Camp - Visual Arts S1 M-F 9:30 am (Ages 7-12) - Beck Center for the Arts
This activity may not be registered for individually because it is part of a package.Explore the world of visual arts and different mediums - painting, drawing, sculpturing, mask making, printmaking, and clay-while learning about different artists. Participate in designing and creating a clay tile mural that will be displayed at Beck Center. Students also have the opportunity to create individual clay projects. This camp is intensive in nature and divided into two classes per day. Participants should wear clothing that can get dirty during the creation of art. Supplies provided. 3 Weeks; Mon - Fri; 9:30 am - 12 pm; Tuition: $335; Bring a snack. A Campers Art Exhibition will take place on the final day of camp, July 1 at 11:30 am.
