Teen camp is an action packed week with late night recreation, crazy games and relays, horses, archery, tournaments, relaxing in the pool or playing a game of pool in the air conditioned recreation room while making new friends or hanging out with old ones. Last year this week almost sold out, so register early. Teen Camp is open to students entering grades 7 thru 2015 Graduates. There will be a separate program for Jr. High and High School. The $50 non-refundable deposit is due by July 1, 2015 to secure a place for your child. A Pirates Life for Me - Old Trail School
Ahoy Mateys! ARRRRrrr you looking for some adventure this summer? Just look for the mighty Jolly Roger flag! This week is full of pirate excitement, including many pirate stories and dramatic play. Campers will also make their own pirate costumes, treasure maps and search for buried treasure. They will have a swashbuckling good time and if they are brave enough, they may have a chance to walk the plank! See you this summer, me hearties! Beginner/Intermediate Golf Camp - South Germantown Driving Range
This half-day camp is just the ticket for kids 6-14 years old who have expressed interest in and/or shown a talent for golf, but arent quite ready to play a full round. With the help of a Montgomery County Golf Academy instructor, campers will practice putting, chipping, driving and using irons and woods Monday-Thursday at the Driving Range. On Friday, theyll compete in a small tournament at a nearby golf course. Itll be a blast for juniors, and a great way to develop the skills needed to start playing golf with the family. We will make stops in all 50 states learning about uniqueness and history of each state. In addition to age appropriate literature and arts and craft projects, campers will have an in-house field trip once a week. We will be visited by The Nature of Things, Greenburgh Nature Center, Mad Science, The Maritime Aquarium, Dinosaurs Rock and more! Children also have the opportunity to enjoy plenty of outdoor fun, with water play and games on our secure school playground.
