Fashion Sewing Camp at The Sewing Room- Student Choice Learn to sew, draw, and express yourself through fashion! Join us for a week or two of fashion fun. Each child will complete a garment and model it in an informal fashion show at the end of the week. We explore different aspects of the design process throughout the camp. Machines and tools are provided at THE SEWING ROOM, but students must purchase a project either from THE SEWING ROOM or from a fabric store (not included in the price of the camp). A pattern list appropriate to the class will be sent out in May. Snacks are provided, however, please have your child bring lunch. 9am-3pm Monday - Friday 510-332-9807

An idea that has been burning in our brains for a few years will finally spill into the steep, hilly forests of West Virginia this August. Save the date, we'll be taking over the insane Roseland Resort for a weekend bonanza of pool parties, camp fires, club ragers and weirdo sunrise woodland excursions together. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR NOW: - Roseland has a 20 year tradition of being a clothing optional, men-only resort. We must respect the rules of the space and adhere to this for the 2015 edition. We will work towards a larger idea in the future. - We have held ALL of the cabins and best tent camp sites on the resort property in a discounted Honcho block. You will get 10% off all lodging. All meals provided during overnight experience. Adventure Academy summer camp is open to children ages 7-14.
