This class will explore the art of improvisation with an emphasis on confidence building and acting technique. Theatre games, creative scene scenarios, role playing, as well as soliloquy and monologue training are just some of the methods used in the course. Students will design and create characters that will change and evolve during the class as they interact with each other on the stage without the use of scripts. Second annual kids do Strollfit class. All kids are welcome to bring their baby stroller, lawn mower, anything they can push and they will do their own Strollfit class. Prizes will be given for best decorated vehicle/push item. I will assign older kids an exercise to teach to the other kids (generally 4 and up). Moms, please help them and practice with them. If you have a younger one that would like to teach, let me know and I will add them. Don't want to exclude any who wants to teach!! Be sure you bring your camera. This is the cutest class of they year!! Come join the Mater Dei coaching staff as they conduct the 2015 Mater Dei Summer Youth Lacrosse Camp. Players will receive individual instruction in the fundamentals of lacrosse as well as games. 714-754-7711
Wagner College - Wagner College
Please join us for the Wagner College Mens Lacrosse January Prospect Clinic! The clinic is a great opportunity for prospective student-athletes to improve as players and to learn what its like to be a college athlete. Youll also get the chance to meet head coach Matt Poskay, his assistants, and the Seahawk Lacrosse players who will also be working with you during the event. During the morning session, participants will work closely with Wagner coaches and players in order to further develop skills that will help them with both their high school and club lacrosse programs. During lunch, there will be an information session where participants will learn what its like to balance academics and athletics at the Division I level. Finally, during the afternoon field session, participants will have the opportunity to play and compete against other future college lacrosse players. Participants must bring all necessary equipment, including a mouth guard. Please bring a bag lunch as well. Water will be provided. (There will also be a voluntary campus tour begining after the clinic has been concluded.) 6312415142.0

Girls will have the opportunity to learn gymnastics including rhythmic gymnastics with hoops and ribbons, tumbling on the mats and have the opportunity to learn routines on the balance beam, the single and uneven parallel bars and the vault. Lorrie Rousseau is LPRDs Gymnastic Instructor during the school year and now Lorrie brings her talent and over 25 years of dance and gymnastic experience to our summer camps. This is an excellent opportunity for dancers and cheerleaders to get in shape and learn beginner through intermediate gymnastic level activities. Space is limited! Its a Make-In, Baby! Adults and kids of all ages can drop in and make as many valentines as you like with plenty of paper, doilies, and sparkly glitter glue! Pay what you wish in advance or at the door. Basic "scratch-foam" printing is available for younger children (under 10) and all drop-in participants. Want to learn to cut a rubber block to make a series of printed cards? Pre-registration ( at any price level) is required for this option, and is for ages 10+ only.
