Second annual kids do Strollfit class. All kids are welcome to bring their baby stroller, lawn mower, anything they can push and they will do their own Strollfit class. Prizes will be given for best decorated vehicle/push item. I will assign older kids an exercise to teach to the other kids (generally 4 and up). Moms, please help them and practice with them. If you have a younger one that would like to teach, let me know and I will add them. Don't want to exclude any who wants to teach!! Be sure you bring your camera. Radiant Camp - Radiant Camp
What is Radiant Camp? Radiant Camp is a camp experience like none other! After attending Radiant Camp, each student walks away with new friendships and having been able to experience God in a deeper and brand new way. With strategically planned adventure activities and powerful chapel services, this will be the best week of the summer for your student. Who can come to Radiant Camp? Kids Camp and Youth Camp take place at the same time and in the same location, but run on separate schedules, so that students experience a camp appropriate to their age group: * Kids Camp is for students entering 3rd-5th grades next fall (younger grades must be at least 8 years old at the start of camp) * Youth Camp is for students entering 6th-9th grades next fall When and where does Radiant Camp happen? Radiant Camp takes place August 11-15, 2015 at Grace Adventures Camp in Silver Lake, Michigan. Junior camp is an over-night camp for children who have completed the 4th grade through those who have completed 6th grade. However, this year this camp is being offered to those children who have also completed 7th grade. Sports Camp week 4- Soccer - Orchard Park Recreation
During the first hour of soccer camp, children will focus on the basic skills of soccer such as dribbling, passing, shooting and goal tending , as well as agility and foot-eye coordination. Goal tending will only be taught to those children who volunteer for this position. During the second hour, children will be able to eat a healthy snack and then participate in a series of cooperative games that will enhance their capabilities of being a good teammate and showing good sportsmanship. The third hour of soccer camp will be spent discussing the various rules of soccer such as hand ball, pushing and tripping, and playing modified games of soccer. The DMSA Day Academy has established itself as North Floridas Premier Summer Soccer Day Camp. It is specifically designed to teach skills, tactics, and fundamentals of soccer.
