Kid's Clinic offered every other week on Wednesdays in the summer months for Kid's (riders 18 and younger) to learn how to wakeboard or wakesurf with Lake Hopatcong Marine. CLAY CAMP - 3 days Monday, June 20th, Tuesday June 21st and Monday June 27th, 2016 8:30am - 12:30pm at Seaside Studios San Pedro Projects will include making fairy/troll habitats for the garden! The first 2 days in camp we will be forming our projects utilizing basic hand building techniques such as coil, slab and pinch pot techniques. The 3rd day (Monday of the following week) will be for glazing the piece with the goal of having a finished fired piece by end of the mixed arts camp July 1st. Kid's clay camp is recommended for kids between the ages of 7 and 13 years of age. Clay camp is $85 per child per session. It is highly recomended to do both clay and mixed arts camps if possible as they tie in nicely together. Nature Detectives - Maple Hill Farm
Requirement: Children must be four years old at the start of class, able to separate from his/her parent, and be completely toilet trained. Start the week off with a Five Senses Adventure Hike. Students will learn to sharpen their observation skills while hiking Beaver Brooks trails. Meet some of our resident wildlife and learn interesting facts. Make your own detective kit, keep a nature journal, play games and learn wonderful new nature songs. Hands-on activities, artistic exploration, investigative hikes, games and songs designed to introduce natures beautiful gifts to young explorers. On a different trail each day we will discover the beauty, peace and wonders of the woodlands. 603 465-7787

This course includes 30 hours of classroom instruction, 6 hours of actual driving time, and 12 hours of "in-car" observation. The first two weeks will consist of classroom instruction from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Athletic Conference room. Students will be asked to choose a driving session to comply with state requirements. There are two sessions to choose from, with no more than 9 allowed per session. Session I: June 27 - July 8 Session II: July 11 - July 21 All students must attend this segment to comply with State of Florida requirements. Before the students actual driving session, the student must have at least a restricted license. Within each driving session, there will be a driving group that will drive for an hour and a half each day for the two-week period. Similar driving experience will help determine the composition of each group.
