February 19-20 (Times to be announced) In addition to having an awesome time getting to hang out with the youth group, we will be getting to hang out with youth ministry families as well. We will have food, games, and times of Bible study. Our Bible study will be centered on the roles of students, parents, and youth pastor in the development of students as disciples of Jesus. If you are a non-camper, you are still welcome to come hang out and fellowship. Kuna Youth Running Camp 2016 - Kuna, ID
This camp was a blast last year and this year will be even better! I will be using it as my senior project this year. It is June 27-29th from 6-9pm at Kuna High School track. "I love that 100% of the camp fee will go to the Kuna Cross Country Team!" -Nancy Simper "I loved it! we had so much fun! It was sad when it was done! Can you please sign me up for it again?" -Ella Richards (camper) "My children absolutely loved the running camp. They learned great skills and got a good workout, but they definitely had fun doing it!" -Emily Richards Campers can expect a whole lot of fun at this camp as they participate in exciting running games, obstacle courses, relays and endurance building activities. These activities are all meant to challenge and instill confidence in our young athletes. Campers of all abilities are encouraged to join. No experience is necessary. James and the Giant Peach Musical - Villa Academy
Join Shea Salyer and Jacob Lucero for this years 3rd-8th grade musical, Roald Dahls James and the Giant Peach, Jr. This musical world-premiered at Seattle Childrens Theater in 2013. Auditions for lead roles will be Wednesday, January 13th from 2:15pm-6:00pm with rehearsals beginning Tuesday, January 26th, 3:00-5:30pm. Rehearsals are every Tuesday and Thursday that school is in session with performances from May 4-7th, 2016. When James is sent by his conniving aunts to chop down their old fruit tree, he discovers a magic potion which results in a tremendous peach - and launches a journey of enormous proportions. Suddenly, James finds himself in the center of the gigantic peach among human-sized insects with equally oversized personalities, but after it falls from the tree and rolls into the ocean, the group faces hunger, sharks and plenty of disagreements. Thanks to James quick wit and creative thinking, the residents learn to live and work together as a family. The dangerous voyage is a success, but the adventure takes a whole new twist once they land on the Empire State Building. 2016 Jr High Fantasy Camp - Cal State Fullerton Titan Stadium
This is an opportunity for junior high school soccer players to experience the life of a Division 1 soccer player. Campers will be given the opportunity to train with Division 1 athletes and coaches. They will be put through a typical pre-season training camp that collegiate athletes experience at the beginning of every season. Campers will be sleeping in the collegiate dorms under the supervision of the camp directors, camp coaches and current Cal State Fullerton women soccer players. They will eat in the cafeteria, train twice or three times daily and be provided official Fullerton Soccer training gear. They will eat, sleep, and play soccer for 4 days straight! Oh yeah and have a little bit of fun while they are doing it!
