PREP Track & Field/Cross Country Camp - Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School
Prep runners will enhance their running and speed development at the Brebeuf Jesuits Track and St. Vincent Health Field, and also on one of the few, true Cross Country courses in the state. The running workshop is designed to help ALL athletes in ALL sports improve their speed, agility, and coordination by doing plyometric drills, speed chutes, bungee, and drills designed to increase propulsion, responses, and rate of stride. Prep runners will conclude their week with a track meet, where all families are invited and encouraged to attend.
