Kid's Christmas Camp - Odessa, TX
All ages welcome Ages 6 and older can be drop off. You can choose however many days you would like your child to attend. Discount is given when all 3 days are chosen. We will be painting on an 11 x 14 canvas And making one christmas craft. Please make sure to have your child wear play clothes since we will be painting. Youth Winter Camp - New Haven, MI
Haven Place will be doing a FREE Youth Winter Camp. Grades 6th thru 12th. This camp will be focusing on Community Service, Discipleship, We will be having youth grades 6 to 12 stay overnight for three nights. We will be doing community service hours on Friday and Saturday. We will be taking the youth to serve senior citizens in the surrounding area. The youth will be making gifts to bring to the elderly. The youth will also be disciples through a program through D-Now Studies called "The Pause" this discipleship course is four sessions and it will equip youth to learn how to seek God in a never ending multitasking environment. They will each receive a student book and t-shirt. We will be having a New Years Eve party for them. Live band and student mentors will be with them during the camp. Weather permitting we will be shoveling snow and going to sledding hills to pass out free hot cocoa and the gospel message. Possibly do "laundry Love" where we go into a local laundry mat and pay for everyones laundry to be done and more!! Parents the Youth have chosen Camp #2 which is May 30th - June 3rd. I know it seems far away but we MUST have an idea on a head count so we can go ahead and get our week reserved. It will more than likely be 100% full within a week so we would choose week #3 which is June 6th-June 10th. THE KIDS are choosing Camp #2 because of the speaker we had last year will be at Camp #2. Please chat with your YOUTH AS SOON AS POSSIBLE and let me know by this Wedneday if at all possible. I would like to send in the registration fee for each kid this week to reserve our spots. Aviation and Drones Ever wonder what it would be like to fly a plane? e3 Robotics wants students to explore the world of aviation beauty that has entranced millions of plane fans from across the globe. Students through flight simulation learn about aviation and piloting aircrafts. Then they learn and experience Remote Control (RC) and Drone technology. Landing rovers on planets, drones in the skies today or robotic assembly systems, all have similar technologies in use. Learn the basic mechanics and actual operational skills of remote controlled vehicles and drones. 3-year olds (who are toilet trained) to children entering Kindergarten may enroll for morning preschool, available 5, 3, OR 2 days a week. A small class size of 16 students to 1 early childhood certified teacher and 1 trained associate enhances learning. The groundwork for early language, math and science skills is formed utilizing multi-sensory, child-centered activities. A unique phonics-based teaching system brings the alphabet to life, as it lays the foundation for reading.
