LATEST CAMPS NEWS: Audition-Only College Level Teen Acting Intensive with Special Guest Instructors - Arts Effect Downtown
** PLEASE NOTE: You must audition and be accepted into this class BEFORE you register. This college-level acting workshop lead by Katie Cappiello and Meg McInerney along with Tisch School of The Arts faculty guests will focus on intense scene study and character development. Students will be challenged by advanced sense memory, improvisation, and text analysis exercises as they prepare scenes to be presented at the end of the workshop. Students will be assigned and emailed a scene prior to the workshop. This 5-day master class will require students to not only work in class on their pieces but also independently with scene partners outside of class – as they would in any theater arts college program. Thanksgiving No School COC Kid's Camp Starts 11/23 & 11/25 - Victor, N
C.O.C.’S ART DAYS C.O.C. Offers Camps On 1/2 Days, No School Days & School Breaks for Grades K-12 When school is out, art is in at C.O.C.! Each ‘No School Day’ Camp features different art adventures. Will it be Animating, Collages, Painting, Illustrating, Jewelry Designing, Clay Art & more. You can choose which 3 classes you would love to experience. You & your child can pick which art activities they want to do each day. We have an array of fun, innovative & artistic options. Each child will be able to pick up to three different activities a day. Our goal with the C.O.C. Art Days is to create artistic roots for the children. Art is a very fun, relaxing & engaging activity. C.O.C. bases their art days off of the Victor, NY Public School Calendar. We are adding more Art Days for families attending schools in different districts. All camp days begin at 9 a.m. and end at 3 p.m. We do have early arrival & late pick up available for parents. *Kids are asked to bring a bagged lunch. -Snacks are provided. Pirate Circus Kid Camp - 1200 Shakespeare, Ste. C
June 15-19, 9:00am-4:00pm, $200/kiddo Hosted by Missoula Fencing Association and Moksha Studio. For kids ages 7-10 years old who wanna be a Pirate AND join the Circus. Monday - Friday 9am-12:30pm: PIRATE (hosted by Missoula Fencing Association) Monday - Friday 12:30pm- 4:00pm: CIRCUS (hosted by Moksha Aerial Studio) PIRATE: Come express your inner pirate! We get our youngest fencers started learning fencing basics with lots of fun and games in this week long camp. Time will also be spent in activities that increase fitness, coordination and strategy development. All protective equipment is provided and we finish out the week with some stage combat. CIRCUS: Kids will have a blast learning skills.
