A two week youth tennis camp! Participants will participate for 60 min each day for 10 days (Monday-Friday). Camp is organized by ages AND physical/skill level. Register your child in the group that seems most appropriate. Camp Objectives 4-6 Years Old: use tennis to develop basic skills of movement, catching, throwing and hitting, 30 minutes 6-8 Years Old: to develop athletic skills, technical and game skills for the tennis environment, 45 minutes 7-10 Years Old: to develop tennis-appropriate athletic, technical, game and competitive skills, 1 hour 9-11 Years Old: to combine tennis-appropriate technical, tactical, physical, and psychological skills for competition, 1 hour LOCATION TBA INSTRUCTOR Elizabeth Smith

Teen Summer Camp - Macedonia, OH
Long Tail Knits will be hosting a summer camp for students looking to learn to knit or crochet. This will be held at the store June 13 through June 17 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. You will learn the basics in knit/crochet. Your choice. The cost of the camp will be $25.00 per day or $125.00 for the week. If you pay for the entire week ahead of time, you will receive a 10% discount. This does not include the cost of materials. We will be offering beginner patterns for those who are just starting out and for those who have some of the basics down, we will have intermediate beginner projects for learning other techniques and stitches. Alto Sax: Middle School Band - University of Texas at Austin
The Middle School Band program is designed to accommodate musicians ranging from the most talented and proficient to the less experienced, with a minimum of one year of training on their chosen instrument. It is open to entering grades 7, 8 or 9. The concert bands are conducted by outstanding band directors from around the state. This session provides an excellent opportunity for young musicians to improve their individual performance skills. Instruction includes rehearsals, sectionals, master classes, supervised practice, and optional private lessons. So You Want to Be an Animal Trainer: March 21 st Lions, Tigers & Bears OH MY. Well here at EcoAdventures its Gators , Snakes & Lizards, OH MY! Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be an animal keeper? If yes, then youve come to the right place. Not only has some of our staff worked in some great zoos and aquariums but we have a great collection of our own! This camp was designed for students that want to find out what it is like to work with animals. Maybe you could be a dolphin trainer or animal trainer, or even a vet? It a lot of fun working with animals but you will also be introduced to the non –glamorous things you do as a zoo keeper. Thats right- the yucky stuff- Clean poop! We wont make you clean it- but you can get to make, inspect and eat your own edible chocolate poop for a snack to give you energy to prepare to pass the physical tests: shoveling hay, carrying heavy buckets of food?
