We are an all inclusive summer camp, just for adults! Here at Camp Kid Again we have all the same activities that you loved as a kid, but with some extras... for adults only! St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church is offering a Mother-Daughter Retreat for older teens, young adults, moms, and grandmothers (even in-laws). Experience moments of fun, intentional conversations, and opportunities to get to know each other as more than just "mom" and "daughter", but as women of God. Hosted by Cricket Aull and her daughters (http://jerryandcricketaull.com/). Cost is $100 per person. Space is limited and reservations are required.

Come to our "YouthPass to the Future" Campaign Kick-Off! OPAL's multi-racial youth program, Youth Environmental Justice Alliance, is organizing a community event to raise awareness about a campaign to sustain and expand the YouthPass program in Portland. Our goal for the campaign is to show the city, TriMet, our schools, and our community that affordable public transportation is important for youth to lead healthy lives, be able to thrive, and be successful. The youth-led event will officially launch our campaign and engage with community members and decision makers, especially in East Portland neighborhoods. There will be educational booths about transit justice, powerful youth testimonies, and cool performances! YouthPass to the Future Campaign: We want all high school students in Portland to be able to go to school and access opportunities that prepare them for success. Transit is an educational right! Let's permanently fund YouthPass and expand it to Parkrose and David Douglas High Schools! Free food. Guest speakers. Youth Stories. Performances.

Coon Rapids - Week 5 - ICE SPORTS Week - Broomball, Skating, Hockey - Coon Rapids Ice Center
The AKA All Sports Camp experience is unique in its inclusion of a variety of ice sports. This year AKA is proud to announce another summer featuring the AKA Ice Sports Week - Broomball, Curling, Skating and Hockey (Week 5). Thanks to the help of the USA Broomball Association kids will receive professional instruction and understanding of the sport of Broomball. ***Equipment is necessary - all kids must wear a helmet (hockey, football, bike, etc.) to be on the ice. Featured Fieldtrip - Zero Gravity Indoor Trampoline Park FYI - The actual day camp runs from 9am-4pm though kids are welcome to get dropped off as early as 7am and picked up as late as 6pm. Learn the art of clay sculpture and create a fantastical ceramic nightlight. Youll combine your favorite parts of different animals (for example, an elephants trunk, a rabbits ears and a lizards tail) to form a magical, working night light to put on your nightstand. Python Process with Kim Howard Johnson - iO Theater
Howard has just returned from spending most of November on the road with John Cleese (including a stop at the iO), and is anxious to present the his own insights into the Monty Python writing process, and how it can work for you. This eight-week workshop will immerse participants in the Python creative process, and by the end of the eighth session, participants will have completed, polished sketches which can be presented on stage and/or filmed as a sketch show or revue. 312-929-2401

Goals of the Camp: 1) to give young baseball players the experience of a lifetime in a $50+ million stadium on LSUs beautiful campus in a fun, safe, positive, and action-packed atmosphere 2) to learn tips that will help advance their baseball development from our outstanding veteran staff of coaches 3) to develop their skills in all aspects of the game through repetition, both through playing instructional games and by doing drills Skills Covered: Hitting, Position specific Fundamentals, throwing, base running, bunting, sliding Instructional Games: Campers will play one instructional game in the morning and one in the afternoon (lasting roughly 45 minutes- 1 hour) Format (with some flexibility) Morning Sessions (9am-Noon) will include one instructional game and two skill sessions Lunch (Noon-1:00pm) which will be provided, will offer the opportunity to eat lunch and relax Afternoon Sessions (1:00-4:00pm) will include an additional instructional game and two skill sessions Coaching Staff LSU Coaching staff members, other college coaches, high school coaches, club coaches, LSU players, other college player, former players looking to get into Additional FAQs *Campers will be separated by age and skill level, and we will make sure that all teammate requests are met. *All campers will receive... 225-578-4150
