Kentucky 4-H Teen Summit is held annually at the Kentucky 4-H Educational Center in Jabez, KY. The conference is for youth who are currently enrolled in 6th, 7th, or 8th grades. This program is designed to develop leadership, citizenship and communication skills in youth. While at the conference, all participants get to learn in fun and educational workshops taught by members of the Kentucky 4-H State Teen Council. The conference also includes motivational speakers that get young people excited about leadership. The cost to attend is $115 which includes meals, lodging, and transportation. In addition to practicing good sportsmanship, safety and teamwork, players will learn the basic rules of quidditch as they try each of the four positions: chaser, beater, keeper and seeker.
