Summer / Adventure Camp Registration - Solon, OH
The Solon Recreation Department offers two day camps that run in conjunction with one another. The Summer Camp is for pre-kindergarten to fourth graders (child must be at least 5 years old and no older than 12 on their first day of camp). The Adventure Camp is for current fifth & sixth graders (child must be 12 years old or younger on their first day of camp). Camp consists of sports, swimming, activities, field trips and much, much more. The schedules and activities are age appropriately planned. Computer Game Design Camp - Sport Center
Ever wish your kids would do more with the computer than sit and play video games? Specially designed software is used so campers can easily create multimedia computer games and animations.Developing a script or program is done by simply snapping together graphical program blocks much like LEGO bricks or puzzle pieces. Participants will learn how to create computer games with custom background settings, characters, animated movements, sound effects and more. If you are new to our Computer Game Design course, you will get started quickly and if you have previously attended a course, a new game will be introduced so you will get to learn new techniques.Students will receive a USB drive with the software and games they made to take home at the conclusion of camp. 3D Printing-Beginner - Ethical Culture
Exercise designer muscles with this hands-on 3D Modeling and Printing class. Dive into how to use 3D printing software to design objects. Design, prototype, and create new custom objects for everyday use by problem solving--form will follow function as well as fun. Steven Hunter BOTH Camps - Town of Fountain Hills
Sign up for both camps and only pay $1000.00 instead of $1100.00. Kids will have fun learning the fundamentals of basketball as well as learn off the court life-skills. Activities include drills, full-court scrimmages, an All-Star game, skills challenge, three-point contest, free throw contest, and even a slam dunk contest! Each camper will receive a participation award, jersey, water bottle and lunch. The goal of the camp is to provide a fun and safe environment for your child to learn and enjoy. TECH IT OUT- Robotics WeDo Science Camp Activities are divided into four project-based learning themes – Organisms and Environments| Force, Motion and Energy |Sports and Engineering | History of Flight Working in small teams, campers understand how scientific investigation and reasoning allows them to use critical thinking and problem solving to make informed decisions and draw conclusions by designing models that represents how something works or looks that cannot be seen. Soccer Camp: Middle and High School Boys - Harding Cherry Road
This session includes: speed/ agility, field session, functional training, small sided games, 11 vs 11, indoor session. Campers should sign-in at 8:00 am on the field. Campers should bring their own lunch, or money for lunch. Campers should bring a ball, shin guards, cleats/indoor shoes (tennis shoes), and a water bottle.
