Gear Up Football Presents: Inaugural FREE Youth Football Camp - Waxaha
Gear Up Football is excited to announce its Inaugural FREE Youth Football Camp! This 1-Day camp is for ages 6 - 14 (1st Grade - 8th Grade). Our camp instructors will include current and former NFL, CFL & AFL players who will provide a hands-on approach with the campers. The camp will focus on proper warm-up techniques, positional fundamentals, and most importantly safety training! *This is a non-contact clinic, so there is no equipment needed What is Gear Up Football? Gear Up Football is a division of Gear Up Sports LLC. Gear Up Football's sole purpose is to teach the fundamentals of the game with a safety first mindset while instilling our character-based training for the youth of Ellis County and surrounding areas. Life Teen December Retreat
Great News!!! Life Teen will have our annual December Retreat on Dec 18-20. This is an overnight off campus retreat at the Warren Willis Methodist Camp in Fruitland Park Florida. Myself, the Core, College Core, and Priest will be gearing up for a fantastic, funifilled, Jesus weekend Life Teen style!!! So parents encourage your teens to come to this life changing weekend. An overnight Permission slip is required and the cost is $90. This covers transportation, food, lodging, and camp facilities!! As a challenge to our teens if we get 200 teens on retreat Fr. Brian will shave his beard and I will shave my head. So pass this onto any parent or teen you know. Please pray for this weekend. Kundalini Yoga Kids Camp: Ages 4 - 8 w/ Celia - Santa Monica, CA
Summer break is an opportunity to unwind and recharge as we unplug from the busy demands of the school year. Join us this summer for a Kids Kundalini Yoga Camp, an opportunity to experience the foundations of Kundalini Yoga and explore a practice of self-awareness. Through yoga, meditation, dance, stories, and hands-on activities we will journey through the bliss and playfulness of Kundalini yoga. Through this practice children can gain improved focus, a boost in confidence and Self-awareness, and build the foundation of their identity. Yogi Bhajan describes the key to child raising as giving the child values; to create dependable children, not dependent children. “Give children their own security: Truth and God. Pee Wee Camp: Summer - Holiday Park
This camp is perfect for the first time camper. Each week has a different theme that crafts and activities will be based around. Our 1:5 staff to child ratio allows for lots of attention and focus spent encouraging your childs social development. Activities include movement, music, group games, water play, arts and crafts, and more! This is a great camp for children getting ready to enter kindergarten. Participants must be potty trained. Van-a-Gogh-go Session 1 - The Art Garage Austin
This is Big Folks! We are so excited to present something we have been planning for a long time. Introducing Van-A-Gogh-Go, Austins Traveling Art Camp! Explore the BEST of Austin and the Hill Countrys Art Scene. Well visit The Blanton, take a metal-smithing class at Creative Side Jewelry Academy, see interesting public art works, watch a glass-blowing demonstration and so much more. Well stretch our imaginations while viewing interesting public artworks, art galleries and creating our own art.Traveling Art Camp Austin Well head out into the world for the early part of the day and be back to The Art Garage to create in the studio during the afternoons. Campers can expect to create their own hand-forged metal rings, glass slumped dish, mosaic artwork, large scale public mural and more. Spring Break Advanced Junior Golf School - Charleston Municipal Golf Course
Spring Advanced Junior Golf School Ages: 13-17 $75 Registration Fee Monday, March 28th – Thursday, March 31st 1:00pm -3:30pm This Golf School will focus solely on instruction and fundamentals of executing each golf shot. Video analysis of each shot will be recorded and reviewed and sent to the student for future review. Each student will understand their flaws and what to practice to improve them based on their goals. This class will have advanced instruction techniques but is acceptable for all abilities. Each student will leave school with a better understanding of their golf swing and what it take to improve to reach their goals. Camp Instruction led by PGA Master Instructor Boykin Powers.
