Mixed Level Vinyasa Flow Yoga - Wednesday Class - RNH GYM
Gain greater awareness of the breath, body, and mind as you move with grace and purpose through a series of varying yoga postures. By connecting breath with movement, each class will build strength, flexibility, and balance while creating an increased sense of well-being, on and off the mat. Pamela has been practicing yoga for more than 19 years. Initially drawn to the mat to balance her running routine, she remained as the deeper awareness and meditative benefits took hold. Beginner Camp Girls - Pettijohn Springs Christian Camp
The Beginner Camp Experience is an excellent way to prepare for future full week sessions! This session is for those entering the first grade and exiting the third grade and will be limited to 125 campers. Ocean Explorers (Week 3 AM) - Lore & Lures - NESS
Have fun learning about fish and fishing while using maps, engineering, fisheries research, and innovative design while constructing a fishing rig. Use dip nets, a cast net, rod & reel, and fish traps to provide background for biological observations. Look to the past to explore the ocean lore of mermaids, sea monsters, and giant squid as well as glacial and fresh water influence. Players are taught aspects of the game in a fast-paced, exciting and challenging environment using the Coerver Method, the worldӳ leading soccer teaching method: Ball Mastery: Exercises where each player must work alone with a ball, High repetitions using both feet. Girls entering Grade 4 in Fall 2016 - Huddart Park
Campers entering grade 4 are grouped in units with girls of their own age/grade and are supervised by trained staff members and program aides. Campers participate in a wide variety of activities including earning badges, hiking, outdoor cooking, learning outdoor skills, crafts, games, singing and more.
