Camp fee is ONLY $35 Trust me, these aren't "just old folks", we have a blast and do almost all the same activities the youth campers do! Boot Camp will give each Youthworker ALL of the basics that they need for survival in Youth Ministry in any local church context whether they are a volunteer, part-time, or full time Youthworker. In addition they receive 1 year of FREE Boot Camp Coaching led by the various expert at The Youthworker Movement. Ponte Vedra Inn and Club Golf Lessons for Grades 3-5 only - Bolles Ponte Vedra Beach Campus
The Ponte Vedra Inn and Club Junior philosophy defines a Long Term Athletic Development Approach. This development is laid out within our Junior camp offering focus on three areas: Fundamentals, Learn & Train to Play and Learn & Train to Compete. Within the Level 1 curriculum, students will focus on the basic fundamentals of the game and swing, short game analysis, life values and how they relate golf and entry level contests. **This class will be longer due to travel time for the bus. Students will leave here at 3:20pm, Class is from 3:45-4:45, the students will return to campus around 5:00pm. Coach Stone will accompany the students on the bus to and from their Golf Lesson** Transportation will be provided by The Bolles School to and from the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club Clubhouse. Cross Country Camp Grades 6-8 - Dicken Elementary
Grades 6-8 Cross country running is a wonderful sport! This four day camp includes instruction on proper warm up and stretching, running technique, racing strategies and basic training. Campers do not have to have any prior running experience. All levels welcome. Athletes need to bring athletic shoes/apparel and water. Bio: Frank Ayata has been with YSCP since 2007 as business manager. He loves playing and teaching soccer. He has been playing soccer since his childhood. This year marks his fourth year with Extended Day Soccer Club. He is involved with many extracurricular activities at the YSCP such as Skiing Club, and International trips to Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Turkey. Mad Scientist - Old Trail School
An entire week devoted to the questions who, what, where, when and why. This is a camp all about exploring our very own science projects. Campers will try things like blowing up a balloon with pop rocks, making a lava lamp and dying flowers. Our laboratory will be over flowing with hypotheses, chemistry, laws of gravity and properties of matter. Lets learn, have fun, get messy and a little mad all while being a scientist!!
