Cornerstone Kid's Camp - Madison, TN
This summer will be one for the books. 1st-5th graders are invited to join us for our 2015 Kid’s Camp. We will be spending a week in Crossville, TN at a beautiful camp ground. Each day is filled with swimming, hiking, fishing, group games, archery and much more. Every night we have special services specifically designed to speak into their young lives. Not only will they have a great fun-filled week of team building and new friendships, but their spiritual lives will be strengthened by the power of the word, scripture memorization and praise & worship. If you have any questions, please call the church office and ask for the Children’s department. Don’t let your kids miss out on this amazing summer. Tulsa Campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy is thrilled to partner with NEON as part of National Let’s Talk Month. “Let’s Talk Month” allows us to listen to community members and organizations and share information on how teen pregnancy can affect everyone. It is important for parents and guardians to know: one big “talk” isn’t enough. Start early, be honest, and keep the conversation going.

Kids Camp - Brunswick, MO
This is a short class that offers lots of encouragment to kids that have an interest in sewing. Each student needs to bring a sewing machine (we have a few extra machines but need to know in advance if your planning to borrow) and an adult that can help through the class (the adult can have little to no sewing experience). We will be doing a quick sew project. Only $15.00 (includes fabric kit for project and snacks).

Jr. Paleontologist - San Juan Del Rio Catholic School
This camp offers an exciting introduction into the basics of Palenotology! This exciting adventure in Paleontology will have your child playing in the dirt and having the time of their lives! Campers will be immersed in several hands-on projects that they will take home to continue their adventure. Plus this camp offers fun and dynamic science games! Boating: Basic Sailing Camp - Lake Merritt Boating Center
Piedmont Recreation is proud to partner with the City of Oakland Lake Merritt Boating Center. Piedmont Recreation offers transportation to and from these camps. The Basic Sailing Camp requires a swim evaluation that can be arranged through the Piedmont Community Pool at (510) 655-5163. SWIM EVALUATION IS REQUIRED. This entry level sailing class will definitely give kids a chance to get their "sea legs". The campers start off learning the parts of the sailboat and by weeks end theyll understand wind direction as it relates to propelling, and more importantly, controlling their sailboat. Games and drills on the water help to teach these basic skills. No experience is needed. If your child does not have a swim evaluation verification on file, a swim evaluation will have to be completed before the first day of camp.
