**RETREAT DATE CHANGE** Due to unforeseen circumstances the date of Retreat has been changed to October 23rd. Sorry for any inconvenience. It's that time of year again, Senior Retreat! Join us Friday October 23rd-Sunday October 25th for an unforgettable weekend learning about our culture & faith. Retreat is a great way to take a break from city life and connect with one another, ultimately making memories that will last a lifetime. Our topic for the weekend will be: Who am I? Who are we? Please keep in mind that the weekend is designed for ACYO members that are 18 years of age or older. $65 Per Person There is still room in the van driving up to Senior Retreat from the Diocese in Southern California. Our annual summer camp for youth going into 4th grade through College Freshman in the Fall. There will be fellowship, prayer, teaching, singing, games, a climbing wall and zip-line, refreshing pool and water slide, pickup soccer, football, frisbee, basketball, and volleyball games, and a talent/no talent show - all in beautiful Southern Indiana! Our Jr. S.T.E.A.M. Team members (ages 3-5), our S.T.E.A.M. Team members (ages 6-9), and our Counselors-in-Training (ages 10-13) will join forces to solve mysteries, visit the Louvre, take on the Big Apple, and visit the Texas Zoo. Families can register their campers for just one adventure or they can take on the full S.T.E.A.M. Team challenge by signing up for all 4 camps, giving them the title of Jr. CDM Ambassador (ages 3-9) or CDM Ambassador (ages 10-13). Join us as YSI supports your quest for knowledge using hands-on science activities to discover interesting facts about the world around you. Discover how rocks are formed and practice rock sorting like a geologist. Take a closer look at snails and other animals with shells. Work as scientists to investigate spores and learn the mysteries behind mold by putting together an experiment to watch mold grow in a safe enclosed environment. As we move through our investigations extend your land-based quest and look to the sky and experiment with wind and learn the science of how clouds form.
