Costumes, crafts and stories are used to help our campers create Grapevines first inaugural class of Sorcerers and Fairies. We are excited about our 2015 Summer Teen Camp. We will be headed to camp CoBeAc in Michigan to join in "the Next Great Detective" the week of July 20th-25th. The speaker for the week will be Ron DeGarde. The cost for camp is $300. Registrations can be found on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/brooksidesm/789881794381590/ or in the teen room. ACORN CAMPS IS A DAY CAMP FOR GIRLS AND BOYS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 4 AND 15. The focus of Acorn Camps is making sure children have the time of their lives. Acorn Camps is a much needed break from the academic year where creativity, adventure, thrills, smiles and plain old good times are the priority. Acorn Camps activities provide children with the opportunities and experiences to develop the necessary skills to face challenges, build character, foster independence , and to try new things in a fun and safe environment.A variety of programs offered: boating, group games, arts and crafts, adventure programming, primitive skill programs, science, legos, group challenge activities and initiatives, zip line, giant swing, gaga ball, and camp songs. The philosophy of our quality program is to provide a safe, challenging and fun camp experience for your children. Baseball-Greatest Game Baseball Camp (Grades 3-8) - WWP High School North
Greatest Game Baseball Camp ( Gr ade 3 - 8) Provides quality instruction in all areas of offense and defense, while promoting fun and appreciation for baseball. Campers will develop their hitting, bunting, throwing, catching, and base-running skills. Camp will also incorporate activities and game situations to emphasize technical/mental aspects. Prizes and awards will be presented daily. Staff: Millstone River teachers Michael Jones, Evan Malakates as well as WW-P HS North Alumni baseball players Pre and post camp care is available at Millstone River school through WWP Community Education for an additional fee on their website.
