This annual leadership training camp is a gathering of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, asexual, allied, and intersex (LGBTQQAAI) designed and created by youth activists and allies who are dedicated to defeating homophobia and transphobia and creating brave, supportive schools for everyone. Camp is driven by young people. This year we are renting a huge camp at Cuivre River State Park with Cabins, Dinning Hall, Firepit and even a pool located just a little over an hour from St. Louis, MO next to Troy, MO. Wrestling Camp - Germantown Friends School
The Germantown Friends School Wrestling Camp is open to students of any ability. Our goal is to give you a dynamic week of training tailored to your ability that will help build the foundation for a great wrestling career. We provide a safe, enjoyable environment and emphasize the ethical aspects of the sport. Participants will work on techniques in the morning, including set-up actions, positions, throws, offense, counter offense, bottom, and more. Live wrestling will take place during the afternoon. The camp will be divided into two groups, junior wrestlers (grades 1 - 5) and senior wrestlers (grades 6 - 12). GFS Wrestling coach and former college wrestler Paul Hammond will not only be directing the camp, but he also will be sharing his passion for the sport he has been practicing since he was fourteen. Science Level 2 Review - Ensworth High School
This course reviews and assesses mastery of the high school core skills as applied to one fundamental topic from each of the Level 2 trimesters. From the physics trimester the topic is projectile motion, from the chemistry trimester the topic is stoichiometry, and from the biology trimester the topic is natural selection.
