Sessions Cost of Camp Session 1: June 5-9 Full Day Overnight $595.00 Session 2: June 12-16 Full Day Commuter $395.00 Session 3: June 19- 23 Half Day Commuter $250.00 Session 4: June 26-30 Drop in for a Full Day $150.00 Session 5: July 10-14 Drop in for a Half Day $100.00 Session 6: July 17-21 (Drop in ONLY Monday-Thursday) Session 7: July 24-28 Based on Availability Camps will run Sunday- Thursday Residential campers check-in is 1:00-2:30pm (Sunday) at dorm. Must be 8 yrs. old to attend residential camp Housing Assignments will be segregated by gender. Dorm assignment will be emailed to you and directions. Commuter campers check-in 3:00-4:00pm (Sunday) at Ragin Cajun Courts. Ages 6-18 Residential Campers Tennis camps will be run Sunday- Thursday each week. Sunday session 4-6pm, Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm. Check in for overnight campers will be at (dorm) from 1:00pm-2:30pm. Van will leave for Cajun Courts at 3:15pm. Residential campers must be at least 8 yrs. old. Night activities for overnight campers- movie night, exhibition night, trivia & games night. Arts in the Park - Norwood Local Park
You will create lots of cool artwork inspired by the great outdoors in this beautiful setting. Artwork may include paper mache, mobiles, sculptures from natural and recycled materials, mosaics, painting in the style of famous artists, collage and lots more! Play lots of games, sports and explore the park. On Wed campers walk to the Bethesda pool adjacent to the park. Campers must pass a swimming test or stay in the shallow end. Bring a bag lunch. There will be a $25 dollar material fee due the first day. Foothills Adventure - Session 1 - Mitchell Park Community Center (MPCC)
Did you fall in love with Foothills Camp when you were younger? Do you like to explore the land, hike the trails and sleep under the stars? Foothills Adventure is built on the same tried-and-true principles as our Foothills Day and Fun Camps, but developed specifically for middle school aged youth. Longer hikes, more sophisticated games and activities, weekly challenges with Foothills Camp staff...the fun doesnt end with Foothills Day anymore! An overnight on the first Thursday of the session is a must, but Foothills Adventure takes campfires and night games to a whole nother level. NEW IN 2016 - Swimming on the last Friday of camp ends the session on a perfect note. Get ready for a Foothills Adventure you wont forget! Seussical Jr! - Hoover Cast - Stage Kids CA at The Historic Hoover Theater
**Participants MUST be registered in a class to be able to participate in this production. Seussical Jr! Transporting audiences from the Jungle of Nool to the Circus McGurkus, the Cat in the Hat, our narrator, tells the story of Horton, an elephant who discovers a speck of dust containing tiny people called the Whos, including Jojo, a Who child who gets in trouble for thinking too many "thinks." Hortons challenge is twofold - not only must he protect the Whos from a world of naysayers and dangers, but he must also guard an abandoned egg thats been left in his care by the irresponsible Mayzie La Bird. Although Horton faces ridicule, danger, kidnapping, and a trial, the intrepid Gertrude McFuzz never loses faith in him. Ultimately, the powers of friendship, loyalty, family, and community are challenged and emerge triumphant! All who register will be cast.
