Camp Sewataro, established in 1960, began with 25 campers. Today it has grown to over 600 campers, one of which is my teenage daughter. As an only child, she has blossomed at this camp. Attention all home schoolers ages 13-18! You are cordially invited to this year's banquet. Dinner, Dancing, Fellowship, and Fun will be on the books for our Once Upon A Time themed banquet. Early Bird tickets are just $35 until March 18, 2016. Regular tickets are $40 until April 15, 2016. Late Registration tickets are $45 from April 16- April 27, 2016. Campers will be in small groups with friends and participate in mission projects and team building activities together throughout the week. Fee to be paid in full at time of registration or you may pay an $80.00 nonrefundable deposit, and the rest on July 18th. All campers whose applications are completed (and at least deposit paid) and returned to the DBA office by July 1st will be eligible for a Kindle Fire Drawing and other door prizes.

This camp will use Scratch, the drag-and-drop programming environment designed by MIT, to develop students programming skills. Scratch allows young coders to employ age-appropriate analytical thinking and boundless creativity to create games and animation. This class will explore cubist artist such as Picasso and Braque. Students will create their very own cubist work of art in clay while learning basic techniques of using slabs to create 3/D form. Students will learn basic and intermediate techniques of slab application, handbuilding, texture application, and glass fusion into clay. Students will complete the class with their very own cubist inspired clay relief wall art. A $15 materials fee is required for this course. 302 239-2434 x120
